Delivery and Returns Policy

1. Change or cancel an order

We’re sorry that in most circumstances it’s not possible to make changes to your order once you’ve placed it.  If you’d like to add products to your order, please place a new order for these items.

If you need to change details of your delivery address, remove items from your order or cancel it completely, please contact us on +44 1458 259154  or email us at customersupport@magicminiatures.co.uk. Please have your order number to hand.

2. Missing, incomplete or damaged orders

If your order hasn't arrived, or arrives incomplete, first of all please view your order online. If your order has been despatched but hasn't arrived within the expected time period, please email us at customersupport@magicminiatures.co.uk or call us on +44 1458 259154.

If your order arrives and the goods are damaged, follow our Returns procedure or call us on +44 1458 259154.

3. Returns procedure

Returns can be made through either of these options:

Returns via Royal Mail or courier

  • Fill out your reason(s) for return on the back of the delivery note
  • Enclose the delivery note with the product, and package up securely
  • Obtain a certificate of postage from the Post Office

4. Refund policy

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 7 working days of receipt. This includes any delivery charge.

5. Condition of returns

It's important that returned items are in the best possible condition, so please take reasonable care of them.

6. Delivery charges

We'll refund any delivery charges you've paid, provided you return the full order.

Products we're unable to cancel, refund or exchange:

Unless faulty or not as described, we cannot refund or offer an exchange on personalised or made-to-measure products. This does not affect your statutory rights.
